Pretty January Blues! Happy 2015 Mojo Monday! We begin the year off with a creative bang. The holidays are over but the creative fun is just beginning! So lets start the New Year week off with some awesomeness and playing with this week's sketch!
I loved the blues in the sketch and used the tones from Maja Design Papers - Vintage Summer basics were used ( sold out sorry). The mixed media mists and masks ( okay not me) so I used the design of them and built up the layers of paper instead ( so more me)
I kept the little romantic flair of the sketch to the card by adding cheese cloth - its seems to make everything softer and using white for the leaves as oppose to green cardstock - a shabby chic feel.
The bird cage is from Creative Embellishments and embossed with Stampendous aged ivory.
